Consultant Belal Elshazly explained that Saudi Arabia has begun the war on drugs in all its forms, whether it be narcotics, hashish, or others. He emphasized that any drug user can voluntarily surrender themselves for treatment before facing punishment or imprisonment after treatment. However, if any drug user is caught, they will be punished with imprisonment without the possibility of bail.
