 He joined Italian side Juventus for free in the summer of 2022 .
Angel Di Maria is an Argentine professional footballer who was born on February 14, 1988, in Rosario, Argentina. He started his professional career with Rosario Central in 2005 and quickly caught the attention of scouts from Europe. In 2007, he signed with Portuguese club Benfica where he played for three seasons before moving to Spanish giants Real Madrid in 2010.

At Real Madrid, Di Maria became an integral part of the team's success, winning numerous trophies including La Liga, Copa del Rey, and the UEFA Champions League. In 2014, he moved to English club Manchester United for a British record transfer fee of £59.7 million but struggled to adapt to the Premier League and left after just one season.

Di Maria then signed with French club Paris Saint-Germain in 2015 where he has enjoyed great success, winning multiple Ligue 1 titles and reaching the UEFA Champions League final in 2020. He has also been a key player for the Argentine national team, winning the Copa America in 2021 and reaching the final of the FIFA World Cup in 2014.
